I've been using Anagram Personal software on both my home and office computers for a little over a year now. It's rock solid, and takes the mundane task of entering new prospect or client data from email signatures or website or any selectable text ... out of your life for good. I cannot imagine my work days without this software. Now, when I need a contacts info entered into my Outlook Contact Manager - I simply select the info I want and hit the F12 Key ... B-A-M ... Done. Anagram just handles it.
From Outlook I can then export to a .CSV / Excel file and into most any application out there. This makes exporting contacts you've gathered right out of Outlook and into The Ultimate Insurance Marketing System a SNAP !
